- Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to the special nature of the product, all sold table lamps are customized goods or involve hygiene and safety considerations (such as direct contact with the light source components). We currently do not accept any form of return or refund, including but not limited to:
Subjective reasons (such as color and size not meeting expectations);
Appearance differences that are not quality issues (due to display color differences or product batch differences);
Unopened or used goods. - Exceptional case: Handling of quality issues
If the goods you receive have manufacturing defects or transportation damage (such as lamp body breakage, circuit failure), please provide the following materials to the customer service email contact@cdesklamp.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt:
Order number and purchase voucher;
Clear photos/videos of the problem product;
Detailed problem description.
We will verify and then provide you with an exchange or repair service (excluding refunds). - Precautions
Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. If the outer packaging is damaged, you can refuse to accept them and contact the logistics company for compensation.
Man-made damage (such as self-modification or dropping) is not within the scope of responsibility.
