Transportation time: International transportation usually takes 7 to 20 working days (depending on the customs and logistics conditions at the destination).

Shipping fee calculation: At checkout, the system automatically generates shipping fees based on the destination and the weight of the goods, supporting payment in multiple currencies.
Tariff policy: The destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the local customs regulations in advance. - Logistics tracking and after-sales service
Order tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, which can be checked in real time through the official website of the carrier (such as DHL, UPS).
Unreceived package: If the package has not been delivered by the expected time limit, please provide the order number by email. We will assist in tracking or initiating the claims process. - Return and Damage Handling
Transportation damage: Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. If any damage is found, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will resend or refund the goods for free.
